Masters Degree

A masters degree will statistically increase your salary compared to a bachelors alone. The MBA (masters in business administration) in particular can have a dramatic boost on total lifetime income.

While the online MBA is the most frequently chosen online masters degree, you can also get a masters online in education, nursing, engineering, and more. Whether a masters degree will increase your salary or not depends on the field you are in.

A bachelors degree is a prerequisite for receiving your masters. You cannot go from an associates to a bachelors, nor can you go from no degree at all to a masters degree. To get around this, some schools do offer combination bachelors/masters programs but these take a long time to complete.
